The thing about weight loss is that it's tricky. It's far too easy to watch television or movies and believe that that's the norm. Moving can make you want to move more. And, that's 20 minutes you have't eaten anything, which for a lot of us is a real accomplishment.
Weight loss and mild to moderate exercise can also aid in the recovery from injury. So, it means we all should probably try to be a little healthier. Not to look like the movie stars, it won't happen - unless you want to spend 6 hours a day working out or are naturally built that way - but because it actually seems to be a good and healthy thing to do.
